In 2023, the Grand Rapids Asian-Pacific Foundation (GRAPF) came knocking on my door, as if it knew that I've been craving connections to my Asian heritage. I was tasked to design one-page stories to be printed and displayed at the GRAPF Festival to help visitors learn about the work and sacrifices of Asian visionaries who came before us.

The GRAPF Origins Display is publically displayed every year at the GRAPF Festival in June.
